This page says exactly what the shop stores on your device, what it is for, and how you switch it off. The controller is RSsales s.r.o., ČSA 1301/31, 024 04 Kysucké Nové Mesto, Slovakia, company id 56901062, contact support@gadgino.store.
Cookies are small files a site keeps in your browser. The same rules apply to similar technologies, meaning localStorage and sessionStorage. Necessary cookies always run, because the shop does not work without them. Everything else is stored only if you allow it.
Necessary (no consent needed)
- checkoutId-{market} (ours, until the browser closes): holds your cart and your unfinished order.
- browse-locale (ours, 12 months): the language you browse in.
- gad_market (ours, 12 months): the market and currency you picked.
- gad_consent (ours, 12 months): your choice in the cookie settings. Without it we would have to ask on every click.
- gad_consent_id (ours, 24 months): a random number our record of your choice is filed under. The law requires us to be able to demonstrate consent, and this number is the only thing tying that record to your browser. It contains no name and no email address.
- Saleor sign-in tokens (ours, 15 minutes and 7 days): only if you have an account and sign in.
- gad_announcement_dismissed, gad_market_banner_dismissed (localStorage, until cleared): remember that you closed the announcement or the other-market suggestion, so they stay closed.
- gad_popup (sessionStorage, until the tab closes): keeps the email offer to at most once per visit.
- payment state (sessionStorage: stripeTransactionId, checkout:payment-completing, checkout:payment-completion-error, until the tab closes): holds the payment together when you come back from your bank or from 3-D Secure.
- Stripe cookies (Stripe, in the payment step): Stripe states these are essential only, for secure access and fraud prevention. Stripe publishes the list and the durations in its own cookie policy.
Measurement (consent only)
- gad_attr_first (ours, 90 days) and gad_attr_last (ours, 30 days): remember which campaign or link brought you here, including the utm, fbclid and ttclid parameters. That is how we know what works and stop paying for ads that do not. The data stays with us.
Marketing (consent only)
- _fbp and _fbc (Meta, 90 days): the browser and ad-click identifiers the Meta Pixel sets.
- Meta Pixel and the Conversions API: measure what happened after a click on our Facebook or Instagram ads, so we know which ads lead to an order. The recipient is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, acting as a separate controller.
Measurement that stores nothing
We measure traffic with Umami, which runs on our own server and stores nothing at all on your device, no cookies and no localStorage. That is why it needs no consent. It builds no profiles and does not link you across sites.
Transfers outside the EU
If you allow marketing, data connected to the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API may also be processed in the USA. Those transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the EU standard contractual clauses. Details are in the privacy policy.
How long your choice lasts
Your choice, whether it is consent or a refusal, lasts 12 months. After that we ask again. We only ask sooner if you clear your cookies or if we substantially change what the shop uses.
How to change your choice
Every page has a Cookie settings link in the footer. It opens the same panel you decided in, so withdrawing consent is exactly as easy as giving it. A change takes effect immediately and does not affect the lawfulness of processing that happened before it.
On the SK, CZ, PL and EU markets nothing in Measurement or Marketing loads until you allow it. On the US market those categories are on from the start, in line with US rules, and the same link switches them off.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to object, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to support@gadgino.store. You can also complain to the Slovak Data Protection Authority or to the authority in your own country. More in the privacy policy.
