These terms govern purchases made at gadgino.store. By placing an order you agree to them. Please also read our Shipping, Returns & Refunds and Privacy Policy pages — they form part of these terms.

The seller is not a VAT payer. All prices shown are final.
You place an order through the checkout at gadgino.store. The purchase contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order in justified cases (for example a suspected payment fraud or an obvious pricing error); if payment was already taken, we refund it in full without delay.
Prices are shown in the currency of your selected market (EUR, CZK, PLN or USD) and are final — there are no hidden fees and shipping is always free. Payment is taken at the moment you place the order, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
Every order ships with free tracked delivery. The dispatch and delivery window of each product is stated on its product page, and the delivery time for your whole order is shown at checkout before you place the order. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Details are in our Shipping policy.
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery — see our Returns & Refunds policy for the full conditions and procedure. Personalized products made from your photo are the exception, see below. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact support@gadgino.store and we will replace it or refund you, including any shipping costs involved.
Some products are made to order from a photograph you upload on the product page. By uploading it you warrant that you hold the rights to the image and that every person shown in it, or their parent or guardian, agrees to it being used to make the product. If a photo is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights, we may decline the order and refund you in full.
We delete the photo 90 days after the order, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you make a warranty claim after that, we may ask you to upload the image again so a replacement can be produced.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. As an EU consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason — our 30-day return promise fully covers and extends this right. The withdrawal right does not apply to personalized goods made to your specification from your photo (Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU), as our Returns & Refunds policy states; claims for damaged, defective or incorrect personalized items are unaffected. You also benefit from the statutory two-year liability for defects: if a product turns out to be defective, you may claim a repair, replacement or refund under the applicable law. Complaints (reklamácie) are handled within 30 days.
If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, EU consumers may use alternative dispute resolution. The competent body in Slovakia is the Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia, www.soi.sk); you may also use an ADR body in your own member state.
These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer provisions of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your home country.
Plain and simple: these terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic to the extent permitted by the laws of your state of residence, which continue to protect you. We do not impose mandatory arbitration and we do not ask you to waive class-action rights — nothing here takes away any right you have under your local law. If something goes wrong, email support@gadgino.store first; we resolve almost everything quickly and directly.
We may update these terms; the version published at the time you place your order applies to that order. If any provision proves invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
